Delivery

All orders will be sent tracked with priority delivery. A tracking number for your delivery will be sent by email upon dispatch of your order. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM local time on the same working day. Exceptions include orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday) or bank holidays. All orders made on Friday-Sunday and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Netherlands: Next day delivery

EUR1/EUR2: 2-7 days

Rest of the World: up to 15 days (ex. Custom delays).

Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of orders outside EU. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control.

CUSTOMS

There is no import/export duty on goods shipped within the EU. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, once the parcel reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to refund any taxes and import duties regardless of the circumstances.
